The initiative to form a regional Continuum of Care has been assigned technical assistance through HUD. Nora Lally with HomeBase, The Center for Common Concern. Lally is based in the greater Chicago area.
HomeBase is a non-profit, public policy law firm that works with communities to develop effective and humane responses to homelessness. Lally will be providing insight and information on other communities’ experience forming regional Continuums of Care, helping negotiate separation issues with the Rural Oregon Continuum of Care, and reviewing the documentation that will be needed to satisfy HUD requirements for registering as a Continuum of Care.
