NOTICE OF SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET HEARING

A public meeting of the ORS 190 Entity, Mid-Willamette Valley Homeless Alliance will be held on
November 4, 2021, at 1:00 PM. The Board of Directors will hold a public hearing to discuss with
interested citizens the proposed Supplemental Budget for the current fiscal year. Due to COVID-19
guidelines, the meeting will be held virtually. Instructions to watch remotely will be posted at
www.mwvhomelessalliance.org/calendar. Persons wishing to testify may do so by written comments or
in person. Written comments that include the commenter’s full name and address or email address may
be submitted to dvandyke@mwvcog.org until noon on November 4, 2021. Members of the public will
be called to testify during the virtual board meeting prior to board deliberations. A copy of the
Supplemental Budget document may be obtained on or after October 27 at
www.mwvhomelessalliance.org/documents-2/budget-documents/.
