ORS 190 Entity, Mid-Willamette Valley Homeless Alliance

The governmental entities on the MWVHA Board jointly formed the ORS 190 Entity to serve as the legal entity to support the Mid-Willamette Valley Homeless Alliance and to assure, through cooperation and pooling of common resources, maximum efficiency and economy in governmental operations will provide every citizen with the utmost value for every tax dollar; and to attain the greatest degree of intergovernmental cooperation possible in the Mid-Willamette Valley to address the problems experienced by people who are homeless.

Benefits to the Mid-Willamette Valley Homeless Alliance include the ability to enter into contracts, including the current administrative services contract with the Mid-Willamette Valley Council of Governments.
