Performance and Evaluation Committee

The Performance and Evaluation Committee reviews and recommends to the board the policies, timelines, and scoring tools for application review and ranking process as part of the CoC competition for funds. The PE Committee is also responsible for monitoring and reviewing CoC- and ESG-funded projects and general system performance. The PE Committee makes recommendations to the board to improve system performance with input from the CoC Collaborative Committee. Members of this committee may not have a conflict of interest, described in Article III of the CoC Governance Charter, and may not be affiliated with an organization that is a recipient of HUD funds.

The members of the Review and Ranking Subcommittee for the annual federal CoC funding process is selected from the Performance and Evaluation Committee membership. The PE Committee is chaired by Josie Silverman-Mendez from PacificSource.
