This meeting will focus on updates to the LTRA Community Plan to better reflect current priorities and goals as we enter a new funding cycle. The original 2024 plan was informed by a community gathering, and this meeting continues that collaborative approach.

This first community meeting will include:

• An overview of the current 2024 LTRA Community Plan, including outcomes and budgets

• A presentation on the proposed 2025–2027 budget and projected outcomes

• Facilitated discussion to gather feedback, suggested updates, and potential changes

Feedback from this meeting will inform recommendations presented to the Board in mid-February. Additional meetings may be scheduled if needed.
