New Additions Over 2025:

Summer 2024:

We welcomed HMIS specialists, an HMIS analyst, and a Coordinated Entry Program Manager. Their specialized skills are already making a difference in our data management and program coordination.

Fall 2024:

A Communication and Administration Specialist joined our team, bringing a fresh approach to internal and external communications, and helping streamline our administrative processes.

Winter 2025:

Our leadership grew with the appointment of a new Executive Director and a Health and Homeless Systems Liaison, poised to drive strategic initiatives and deepen our community impact.

We are looking forward to the continued growth and development of our CoC. Every new member contributes to building a strong foundation for a successful continuum of care, ensuring we are well-equipped to meet the evolving needs of those we serve.
