Request for Proposals: Interim Program Director Services

The Mid-Willamette Valley Homeless Alliance is seeking proposals from qualified individuals and organizations to provide Interim Program Director Services during a leadership transition.

The anticipated contract term is October 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, with approximately 10–25 hours of services per week. The anticipated compensation range is $75–$90 per hour.

FY 2026 CoC NOFO Update

The Mid-Willamette Valley Homeless Alliance is preparing for the FY 2026 HUD Continuum of Care Notice of Funding Opportunity process.

MWVHA is providing the local competition materials, scoring tools, timeline information, and related guidance for prospective applicants. Please review the documents below and check this page regularly for updates, deadlines, office hours, and applicant resources.

Our goal remains to provide a clear, stable, and well-supported process for all applicants while maintaining readiness to adapt quickly if needed.

Important Application Notice

HUD’s e-snaps system is now open for FY 2026 project applications.

Applicants should complete their New or Renewal Project Application in e-snaps, print/save the completed application as a PDF, and submit it with all required local documents to staff@mwvhomelessalliance.org by 5:00 PM Pacific on Friday, July 31, 2026.

Applicants no longer need to submit the Alliance’s interim fillable New or Renewal application templates. Those templates have been removed from this page.
