David Peak
Homeless Management Info. System (HMIS) Analyst
David comes to the Alliance with 10 years of experience in the social services field, as well as years of lived experience. He started as a case manager, and worked his way to coordinator. He sought the position of Data Analyst at the alliance in hopes of being a part of systemic change. His philosophy is that these numbers are people with needs. By humanizing the data information and showing both quantitative and qualitative figures, he hopes to show the needs of the OR-504 community and in turn increasing funding for services where they’re needed the most. Outside of work, he loves to listen to music and describes his taste as “Questionable.” He loves to sing, laugh with his loved ones, and also travel whenever possible, something he’s hoping to do more of in the future.
Emily Mewbourn
Health & Homeless Sytems Liaison
Emily joined the MWVHA in February 2025 as the Health and Homeless Systems Liaison. Before this, she spent over a decade supporting dialysis patients as a Financial Insurance Coordinator. During that time, Emily earned her MBA and later moved into an operations role at a Coordinated Care Organization (CCO). Emily is passionate about education and advocacy for youth and women, a passion shaped by her own experiences with economic, social, and housing instability. Outside of work, you can find her creating mixed-media art, drinking lots of coffee, and spending time with family/fur babies.
