Participation in the Mid-Willamette Valley Homeless Alliance Continuum of Care (CoC) is open through the CoC Collaborative Committee to interested organizations and to interested individuals representing the community at large. Individuals representing the following are encouraged and supported to participate:
- Currently or formerly experiencing homelessness and/or displacement
- People with intellectual, mental and/or physical disabilities
- Black and/or African American, Pacific Islander, Native American, Latino, Indigenous, and other culturally specific community members
